Yes! If your item is unworn / not damaged, and still has the tags intact and is sent back to us within 14 days of delivery, we can exchange your order for you. You will however have to pay for the shipping cost back to our warehouse.
All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Items must also be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Yes you can! However, we only accept cancellations on pre-order item orders within 7 days of the order being placed.
You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped. If it has been shipped, you will have to return the item back to us before we can cancel/refund your order.
