If you're not home when your package arrives, the postman will leave an "attempted delivery" card at your doorstep or in your mailbox. This card will provide instructions on how to pick up your package from your local post office.

Please make sure to collect your package within 2 weeks. If the parcel is not picked up within this time, it will be shipped back to us. In this case, you will be responsible for covering the cost of re-delivery.
